Schiacciata and vegetables

Bread from a bakery near Galileo's birthplace. To be exact, it's "schiacciata" (ski-atchata), a salty bread with olive oil. Delicious! Sometimes schiacciata with more ingredients: olives or onions, potatoes... whatever
